Low Cal Easy Deviled Eggs

I just came across this recipe and can't wait to try them out with grilling season coming!! They make a great side dish!!

12 large eggs
1/3 cup lowfat plain yogurt
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
3 tsp lemon juice

I'm sure you can figure out the rest!! Hope you all enjoy I'm def going to try these soon!!!I'm sure they will go great with my turkey burgers tomato salad and corn on the cob!!Yummy!! Hurry up summer!!:bigsmile:

    stupid question but I'm gonna put it out there anyway, you are still using all the yokes right?

    1 Large egg is 70 calories all on it's own. So once you cut that in half you get 35 calories per "deviled egg". then adding the low fat sour cream or fat free greek yogurt....it could easily be 41 calories a piece.

    It'd be nice to know for sure anyways....

    The serving size is one deviled egg so half of an egg:wink:
