Any good off brand calorie counters out there?

There are many times that I think the calorie counters here are MFP are a little generous and I have considered purchasing a calorie counter to get a better idea for how many calories I burn during a day. However, the Body bug is out of my price range. I know there are hundreds of other brand calorie counters out there, so my question is, have any of you MFP users had any luck with a good cheap calorie coutner? And where did you get it from?

    I just bought the polar ft4m it is a heart monitor it cost me $89 and it accurately tells you calories burned by ur heart rate not movement which is a lot more accurate than body bug
