    very nice. I'll definitely agree with the plank. It's great for someone starting out, but when you get up to 3+ minutes like I have, it's not worth it anymore. Time to move on to something else.

    UGH. I do these almost every work out with my trainer. She's a TRAINER. WTF? Leg press, close-grip seated cable row, hanging knee raise or a variation almost every workout. Grrrrrrrrrrr. Thanks for the info, I might have to bring this up to her!
