    Have you checked out Primal Blueprint. It might be right down your alley. It's a low carb (nothing with grain but lots of fruits/veggies)/moderate protein/high-fat eating plan. It's 80% eating as clean as you can and 20% of whatever you want. It's Paleo but not as strict. Some people still do dairy some don't. And its being fit and losing weight with the least possible amount of exercise needed.

    I'm experimenting with it this month. They do say no processed food so it would probably be something like organic or no sugar added bacon but it is STILL BACON! AND I WILL NOT GIVE UP MY OSCAR MAYER CENTER CUT FOR NOBODY!!!

    EDIT: OMG DOES THIS MAKE ME A TROLL!!!??? Wait no it doesn't but I am changing the subject of the post to suit me. That must make me something...
