I decided to go with this site as opposed to weight watchers. I want to lose 9 pounds initially, then possibly up to 16 total. I weigh 146 but I wear a size 6. I have worked out consistently for 10 + years and have never gotten below 137, except for maybe once in high school! I know that to be at a healthy happy weight you have to change your lifestyle and that it doesn't happen overnight!. I have a lot of muscle and am pretty healthy I think! I don't want to be a super model, I would rather be a girl in of fitness magazine! I'm going to Cabo in 5 weeks.. would love to make it down to my initial goal by the 13th of June and I think it's completely feasible! 146.6 - 9.60lbs! Here I go!!:)

Have you had your body fat tested? I was a small size three and weighed 145 pounds. I was all muscle and hardly any fat. YOu might not need to lose much - or if any - weight.0

No, I haven't had my BMI checked in a long time. All of the websites you find say I should weigh 115 to 127 pounds to have a healthy BMI. Like I said, I was a healthy 128 in the 10th great.
I'm also very large busted so that never seems to help with "ideal weight". I think I'll take your advice and get it checked at my gym! Thanks!
