OK 1st silly question (already!!)

I've just signed on to this site to help me with my weight loss and tone up etc for my wedding, (have just put a new post introducing myself) but, is this just an American site?! Am way way way over in England.....does this make any difference?!

    It doesn't matter. In fact, I think I have seen a UK group on here somewhere.

    I'm an American that uses servers in the UK at work. I notice the units are often different depending on where I log on. Search results are different too. For example, when I search skim milk, different brands come up if I log on at home versus at the office (UK servers)

    Ah a fellow English person! he he, yeah was just wondering some of the measurements reading some of the posts etc, am sure i'll get the hang of things in a few weeks!!!!
