So i know there's the calculator but that's total calories. I was wondering if this would be a good plan for NET calories.
Monday - 1300
Tuesday- 1500
Wednesday - 1200
Thursday - 1400
Friday - 1500
Saturday- 1200
Sunday - 1400
I will switch them up each week because I go to the gym on different days. But would this work for NET calories, not just total.

It seems good to me, but i don't know much about it, I'm still new to all this. But, I kind of do the same thing. One day I'll be under my goal, next day I'll be over, the next day I'll be on target. It all depends on when I exercise too, but usually even if I don't exercise I never eat the same amounts each day. I have heard its good to keep your body "guessing"....?0
