Muscle vs Fat

Testing to see if I figured out how to post a photo by giving a visual of what 5 lbs of fat vs. 5 lbs of lean muscle look like.
I've seen a lot of people debate on here that 5 lbs is 5 lbs and that muscle doesn't weigh more than fat. This is very true. The 'gist' of what is being discussed however, is that muscle is much more dense than fat so while they weigh the same, the amount of space they take up is considerably different.
I ran across this image that helps demonstrate what people are talking about for those who are visual learners like myself. This is a replica of 5 lbs of lean muscle vs. 5 lbs of fat. While they weigh the same, the amount of space they take up (and the overall shape) is drastically different, which helps to show why two people who are the same height and weigh the same can look totally different, wear different size clothes, etc.. The one whose body composition is primarily muscle will be smaller and more fit while the one with a body composition that is higher in fat will larger and more lumpy, regardless that they weigh the same … just like these photos.
The pic is on here on another board, but I hope I figured out how to add it here ...

Seems I still have work to do since the photo is still there and it's not being recognized0 -
Is this the pic you're trying to post?
From Photobucket, you have to copy the IMG code, but then change the IMG to img at both ends of the code. I don't know why MFP doesn't recognize the same letters just capitalized.0 -
