OK, I love them.

Cheese Canneloni (240 calories)
Chicken Suiza (290 calories)
4 cheese pizza (350 calories).

The sodium isn't really that bad, and I'm not a great cook. Any thoughts? I usually have one at least 4-5 times a week; love the taste and actually prefer them to many restaurants!

I admit that I do buy them because I'm a terrible cook and sometimes I need a quick meal. I try and not rely on them too much though.. I just don't like all the preservatives and such in them. But, that's just me. I've been TRYING to be better about eating stuff we make at home vs pre-packaged stuff. :)

I use them for back up when I just don't want to deal with cooking. I never cooked much (my husband does it all), but since I know what I should be eating when, I have taken over my own food. i am finding that with guidance from here and recipe sites, I am getting pretty good at feeding myself healthy meals.

I admit, I love them as well. Have you tried the healthy choice all natural entrees? Delish!

i eat Lean Cuisine from time to time. However, I try to make sure the carbs are under 35 grams and the sodium is under 600 grams for a meal. That limits my selection from their choice of meals, but I'm selective.

I used to eat them often, but now that I've expanded my roster in the kitchen I prefer to make dinner and make sure there is enough left over for 1 or 2 lunches. I have more control over everything.

I am so terrible, because i will find a lean cuisine that i love, and then figure out how to make a similar lowfat recipe at home. The fresh usually tastes much better. But they are lifesavers when you are in a hurry/haven't been to the grocery store/etc! (the mexican style beans and rice is my fav!)
