Yesterday I bought the Mio Drive for a charming 59.99. Set it all Up and hit the Gym.
I did 4 Miles with a constant heart rate of 165 or a little bit higher in 50 Minutes.
And when I was done While sweating like mad, I checked how many calories I had Burned.
And it Told me 944!!!. Which seems a tad High. I was on the Elliptical and it told me i had burned 650.
Such a big Difference.
Could my heart rate watch be that far off.!? Or is it possible to Burnt hat Much?
