Probably a stupid question but...On all my spaghetti noodle packages it measures it out by saying a serving is 2oz. Is that after it's cooked or before?? I really don't know! Anyone??

Dry
EDITED TO ADD: I didn't know this either and had to look it up! Think of it this way: if you cook your spaghetti al dente and I overcook mine to mush, they will have drastically different weights but it's just water. So, always dry for pastas and beans (unless, for some odd reason, it says "cooked").
