    Kefir is easy to make. I have two cultures going in my fridge at home all of the time. I even have one in a fridge in my office at work. It keeps my digestion working perfectly. If you make it with skim milk, it is a perfect source of calcium, protein, and healthy digestive flora.

    Does anyone else make their own?
