Need Some Quick and Easy Ideas

I've been kind of stuck at the same weight for a few weeks now and trying to change some things up and get it moving again (preferably down) I know I need to work on my nutrition some. Our schedule is very strange right now and doesn't leave a lot of time for meal prep. I need some awesome ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks that are quick and easy. I'm having trouble coming up with ideas, and usually just grab whatever is easiest.

Almonds, peanut butter and crackers (have those early in the day though, alot of carbs)

I'm generally pretty busy too. I'll usually have hardboiled eggs for bfast (you can make them while in the shower/getting ready) and Chicken/veggie stir fry over brown rice (10 -15 mins) is my go to meal when I'm in a bind with dinner. For snacks I like yogurt, string cheese, and nuts.0
