Hello everyone! I have been a member for a while, but recently started using MFP religiously since April 2011. I was always a yo-yo-dieter. I was the girl that would lose a few pounds with some easy trick then I would gain the weight right back. I also have hypothyroidism, so I know with that it plays a gigantic factor and hinderance on my weight loss goals. I have finally realized there are no shortcuts and that fad diets were a waste of time and money. I needed to make myself understand that there wasn't going to be fast results and all I needed was some hard work!!
In April my husband and I got the INSANITY DVD's and everything has been a breeze from there. I saw all the success stories and wanted to be one......So here I am!! Since April 3, 2011, I have lost 6lbs and 18.25 inches between my arms, legs, waist, bust and hips.
I am a mom of 2 kiddos (a daughter and son)! They are my world, along with my husband. I have a sedentary job. I work behind a desk and computer all day. :yawn: But I try and make the most of my days.
My workout schedule at this time is:
INSANITY=Sunday through Friday ( I am currently in Month 2)
Kickboxing class= Mondays & Saturday (this class incorporates high impact aerobics, weight/band training, and circuit training.
