Snack Attack: Pepper-oni Crackers (120 Calories)

1 serving | 120 Calories

1/2 Roma tomato, slices into 3 pieces
3 Large Wheat Crackers
1 Wedge Laughing Cow Light Swiss Cheese
1/8 Cup Bell Pepper, chopped into 3 pieces
3 Slices Turkey Pepperoni

Spread the cheese on the crackers, top with a tomato slice, pepperoni slice and green bell pepper piece. Then om nom! You could also wrap this up in romaine lettuce or spinach leaves instead of on a cracker and lower then calories by 50-60!
