hello everyone I am new to the site and really could do with support.
I am 5ft3 and weigh 13st 4. I would like to be 9st 7 which as you can see is a long way off, I tried slimming world for my diet and I am running 5 to 6 times a week, my weight isn't moving and I cannot see anything from the running. Is there any other Healthy eating to get results along with the running xx

Eliminating the extra characters in your message . . . if you are 5 ft 3 in and weigh 134 that's not a bad weight. Your goal of 97 pounds seems way too low. Maybe that's why you're having trouble losing more--because your body says "OK, this is a good weight to be."0

hi there have you tried slim fast not sure if it will compliment running but it does work I lost 3st 8lb on it previously after having my second child . Are you sure your not loosing inches as don't forget muscle weighs more than fat??? feel free to add me as a friend im new to this as well after having my 3rd child I had fallen off the wagon and im now back and going full throttle and our end goal is roughly the same give or take 2lbs -good luck0

OP didn't say 134 lbs... she said 13st 4lbs
The 'st' means stones, which is what we use in the UK to measure weight -
Each stone = 14 pounds
So OP's current weight is:
13 x 14 = 182 lbs + 4lbs = 186 lbs
And she wants to get down to 9st 7lbs
9 x 14 = 126 + 7 lbs = 133 lbs0 -
I was doing slimming world which started off well but I seem to get stuck at this weight, not only that but I have found buying the fresh fruit, veg and meat really expensive now,
I normally drink 3 to 4 times 650ml bottles of water a day, my sleep varies between 6 to 7 hours a night.
I started running 4 weeks ago when I was running 0.8mile but every week I was trying to do it faster rather than building up my distance first, so this week I have slowed my speed and lengthen my distance.
I am not sure about inches as I didn't take my measurements at the start, I believe I have lost 2inches from my back only due to my bra but my trousers all feel the same x0
