Hi all,

Just wondering how many UK ladies we have on this site??? Am hoping to gain a few friends on here to help keep each other motivated - although USA or UK friends are good for me - just wondering if there was anyone local to me?

I've only been on here a few days and I think it's fab - I still need to manage to keep within my daily quota but I know if I wasn't on here I'd have given up by now.

I'm going to be my sister's bridesmaid in September 2012 and am determined to look good :)
  • Hi, I'm near Blackpool. I;ve not ot been on here very long, I went to Slimming World for a while but my friend was losing more weight doing it this way and it's free!

Hi - I'm new to the site and want to add under recipes or my food certain items I make on a regular basis - like protein smoothies and such. Where do I do that? Or will I have to always type in each ingrediant for every time I use it. That will get old fast. THanks a lot. This site is not very user friendly in trying to figure out things like this! Any help will be very much appreciated!

  • Hi girls,

I am from Wigan. Been using the site for a short while but only just stumbled across the forum. Love the site, really helps you to keep track of how good you are doing & watching your own progress is really motivational! Fantastic! x

Nottingham here. I'm a newbie too and wonder whether it's OK not to eat all of your extra exercise calories to promote faster loss?
