Hi all!
My name's Lexy and I have joined this site to start tracking my calories and exercise. I've been overweight my whole life. I used to weigh 250 pounds 2 years ago. I got down to 148 pounds with weight watchers. I am now at 164 pounds, and I need to focus on getting down to my goal weight of 145 pounds, and staying there. I think this site will help me eat healthy and balanced and get back to being active!
I look forward to meeting people with similar goals, and also getting support! It's been hard for me and I know It'll always be work, but I'd like to try to get a better handle on things and feel more in control.

Hello and Welcome Lexy!
It’s good to have you with us.
I have lost 171 pounds. This is the second time I have lost this much weight. I am working now to lose about 5 pounds that I have gained. I am having some health issues right now but I think that they are about under control and I will be able to lose that weight.
It’s easy to gain back what we have lost. I reached my goal weight 3 years ago with TOPS. I am still a member of TOPS and I always will be. Having to face those scales every week really keeps me on my toes.
I refuse to gain the weight back a second time. The first time I thought OK…the weight is gone…..I’m done. WRONG! I ended up going back to my old eating habits. I know now that I can never eat that way again.
I really like the food log here. I have kept a food log the past 3 years just like I did when I started my diet. That is the only way I can really know what I have eaten. I know now if I want to keep the weight off that I will need to continue to log my food everyday.
Hang with us here and this site and the people will help you reach your goal and stay there.
