Bruises after long weekend workout?

So on Saturday, I did an hour of Zumba and went on a 35 min. bike ride. Sunday I took a rest day, and I exercised for about an hour yesterday.
Today, after my shower, I notice that my legs are very bruised. Not 1 or 2, but at least 10 half-dollar size bruises. They all appear to be new (one is almost healed, but I knew how I got that one).
I don't remember hitting myself in any way, which is what makes this strange.
Has anyone else had this or could shed some light on why this is happening?

That sometimes happens to Me. I don't really know why, looks like broken veins.0

Tight cloths can make you bruise but they would have to be pretty darn tight.
Would be interesting to know where they came from.0 -
I'd check with your doctor...just to make sure it's nothing more serious. My sister had something similar happen and her's actually turned into a superficial blood clot... Always better to be cautious!

I always have bruises on me have no clue where they come from either. i remember after an intense leg day the next morning I had massive bruises on my legs. they didn't hurt though but were just there.0
