Hi, i stumbled across MFP yesterday through a friend's twitter feed.
Been trying to lose weight for a while and get healthier, so far -11lbs but then my focus went to my exams and i haven't been paying much attention to anything else.
extra motivation has re-appeared thanks to all the success stories on here.

Welcome! As a student it is hard to keep track of calories when studying but it is easier if you prepare everything in advance. Pretty soon this will be second nature and studying won't be able to come in the way of that.
