Balsamic Turkey breast/Turnip Salad ;)
This recipe is simply delicious, sustaining and low in calories.
Cut into thin slices a turnip, put a drizzle of olive oil and bake at 440 C and return when slices are golden.
Meanwhile, finely chopped romaine salad, put some green onions and alfalfa. When the turnips are ready, cut into strips and add to salad, put a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, some herbs and enjoy! Bon appetite!

For the turkey breast, I take the brand Scheinders, fat free, sliced at the deli counter of my grocery store ... I failed to put in my recipe!0
