What made you keep going?

I have lost 65 pounds. From 250lbs to 185. I'm 5'9 and evenly proportioned so I look average at this weight. I feel so much better, I look so much better, but recently I have gotten a bit complacent about continuing on to my goal of 150 or less. So, If you have made goal what benefit did you gain from going all the way? I know there is a health factor, but I am still having a hard time firing up and pushing harder to get there.

I've lost 67 too. Only I went from 414 to 347. Big difference I know...
Do you remember just how good it felt to lose the weight... even some of it (Breathing better, more activity)
......your first NSV.....another NSV....
Just try to think about how great you'll feel after you keep going.
> maybe switch up to a different way to work out/Zumba/Swimming??
>buy a dress / bathing suit that you would need to lose that weight to get into...
Good Luck Sweetie - You are worth it!!!0
