I first started working out for an hour a day for like 3 to 4 days. But now I feel like I should be at the gym everyday. I do about an hour to an hour and a half of cardio everyday. then I just rotate my upper and lower body workouts everyother day. I now usally go at least 6 or 7 days. like i said mostly cardio. I have alot to burn off lol. Im I over doing it. its been around a month now and its been about 20 pounds. I know this isnt bad but I would like to see more but im trying. this is the most I have ever worked out ever.

Also, I dont really eat my workout calories. i usually just eat my recomended calories, is this hurting me as well.

You definitely need to eat at least SOME of your workout calories. Otherwise your body can go into starvation mode. I usually end the day between 850 - 500 calories under my total allowed calories for hte day. It seems to be working for me...I'm down 22 lbs in 7 weeks. Also, try changing up your workout. I do a class, do cardio, swim, various things.
