I actually did it! No pills, no doctor's, no shakes, no fad diets, nothing! GOOD OLD FASHIONED HARD WORK AND HEALTHY EATING!!!!!!!!!! Thank you MFP for being part of my journey!

My secret:
1) No Alcohol
2) No red Meat
3) I do 45 minute spinning classes between 4 and 5 times a week and sometimes double classes of 90 minutes
4) No sodas
5) Lots of water
6) I eat 1200 calories a day and I do not eat them back when I exercise.
7) I changed my bad habits and eat healthy
8) I cook my breakfast, lunch and dinner and now rarely eat out. I love cooking so It is a treat for me!
9) When I overeat or splurge, I don't beat myself over the head. The next day is just the beginning again.
10) I weigh myself every day - keeps me alert and aware of my food habits.
