Marathon Over a Week?

I've been using MapMyRun... Its an app (I assume for all kinds of phones, but I have an iPhone) and I'm IN LOVE WITH IT. It tracks how long, she tells you in your ear what your pace is, and it keeps a google map. I'm not running, but walking daily... averaging 5 miles. I can clearly see how many calories I've been burning. I joined MFP so compliment the food/diet aspect and the two together will be KILLER.

I'm working on the MarathonInAWeek challenge. :) I may be walking but I am WALKING FIEND! I even have a loop through Center City (up to Love Park and over to the Franklin Institute) that I do during lunch time @ work... 3 miles in 45 minutes. :)

Any suggestions for augmenting my walking routine? Other exercises I should try?

    Do you have a bike? Start cycling, it helps with running - you will notice a difference. Are you doing any weight training? Building muscle will also help.
