Strawberry Smoothie

I am a bit short on calories today, and started digging around the fridge. Found some Kroger Carbmaster yogurt. I threw it in the blender along with 5 ice cubes, 4 strawberries, 2 ounces of skim milk and a packet of Splenda. I ended up with a 12oz treat. I'm gonna try peach next.
I couldn't believe how tasty it was. And the very best part was that it only cost me 104 calories!

Oh that's a great idea! I'm also going to be short for calories tonight, so you've just inspired me to try something like this later! Thanks!0

I just had a fruit smoothie with my dinner. I put a scoop of strawberry protein powder in it too so that it has even more nutritional value. It adds 100 calories but 18g of protein. Totally delicious.0

Sounds delicious. The thing with making a smoothie, you can pretty much add whatever you like and it's good. I use unsweetened 4 berry blend (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries), 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk and 1 scoop protein powder. (on days I need the extra protein). Also frozen bananas are sooo good in one too. I've tried frozen peaches too. All yummy! I will have to try adding yogurt too:) Thanks and good luck to you!0
