New to this site

Hi! I have 2 kids 6 and 2 and never quite lost the extra 20 from my second. My doctor has me on Phentermine. It works well but I am not eating enough calories. I'm just not hungry at all. I walk at a 20% incline at 3.0 mph for 20 minutes then do a 10 minute ab video from on demand 7 days a week. I'm looking forward to hearing from all of you and learning from your progress! RachieRoo

    Start using weights...I noticed a big difference when I do that...good luck! Add me if you would like.
