I like the 90 calorie Fiber One Chewy Chocolate bars. I keep one in my purse so if we are out and getting snacky stuff, I can eat it instead of junk. It reminds me of a candy bar.
  • I love rice cakes, and fiber one bars. I just tried vanilla creme brulee rice cakes and they are the BOMB.

I'm a fairly boring snacker, but if I don't have SIMPLE snacks, I'll fall for something that IS easy but not so nutritious. I like raw almonds, fruit (frozen grapes are GREAT in the summer!), veggies (I try to cut it all up on grocery day so it's ready for the week), Greek yogurt, cheese sticks. Those are my go-to's for easy. I also like toasted english muffins w/ natural peanut butter or cream cheese and a glass of milk for a bedtime snack...

I just re-discovered rice cakes and am loving them!! The first time I tried them was probably 20 yrs ago and they came in one flavor: Plain! I like the little snack sized one and am now trying out the flavors. We love the sweet chili and carmel corn so far...

I make my own fresh fruit bowls (pineapple, watermelon, grapes and bananas). I also eat weight watchers snacks and 100 calorie snacks.

    -air popped pop corn
    -carrots and hummus
    -almond crackers
    -mini rice cakes

Those are my "go to" snacks. I also get those mini baggies and portion everything out to serving size so that I'm just ready to go. =)

    Fresh fruits (apples, bananas, oranges)
    Fiber one bars
    100 calorie snack packs

Normally I like eating a small bowl of Special K or cheerios cereal with skim milk for a snack.

Cheerios! I pre-pack them in snack bags in half serving portions. I've been on a Cinna-burst kick and they're 55 calories for half a serving.

Granola bars really take the edge off. I have food allergies and have to order fancy ones without nuts though. The ones I eat are about 120-130 calories a bar.

Cheese! The secret is pre-packaged individual servings. I vary these so I don't get bored of the cheese.

Raisin boxes. Only a good idea if you like raisins.

And yes, I'm also in the rice cake club.

Now and again, I'll pre-pack my own popcorn for maximum portion control.

Fiber One bars (I just tried the 90 calorie chocolate peanut butter ones and they were DELICIOUS!)
Snyder's of Hanover peanut butter pretzel sandwiches
    Triscuits or Triscuit thins
Nature Sweet Cherub tomatoes and baby carrots with lite dressing
    Cherub tomatoes and dill pickles
    Cinnamon applesauce
Jello Sugar Free 60 calorie puddings (Dulce de Leche and Banana Fudge Supreme are my favs)
Quaker 90 calorie Smores granola bars
    Popsicles
    Cashews
    Smart Food White Cheddar popcorn

I'm a big snacker, especially after dinner, so I like to have lots of options available to me. I think this really helps me make better choices. I have lots to choose from so I never get sick of eating the same thing.

    My favorite snacks include:

    * Handful of roasted, unsalted nuts (almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, soynuts, etc..)

    * 1/2 cup of plain greek yogurt topped with fresh berries, granola, honey or just by itself is wonderful.

    * Edamame (soy beans in the pod or shelled, frozen or dried.)

    * Whole grain crackers of some sort with almond butter or soft speadable cheese like goat, Laughing Cow, or Boursin.

    * Yogurt smoothie with your favorite fruit

    * Hummus eaten with baby carrots

Also, you can check out this link from FitnessMagazine.com with 30 low cal snacks. There's some good ones on there!
