Hi everyone! I am a mommy to three boys, the youngest of which is only 4 weeks old! My husband and I are both out on family leave until July,and I'm out a little longer, until August. So, I can TRY and squeeze an exercise routine in for the summer. I am not expecting to drop weight rapidly because I am also needing to maintain my milk supply, but would like to start working on getting my body back into shape and losing the pregnancy pounds! Any suggestions???
