Has anyone got to their goal & been not satisfied with their results? I"m the thinnest I've been in 3 years & an 1.5 lbs away from my initial goal (but met the goal measurements) as I was 3 yrs back. So basically I made it already. I set a 2nd goal to get to the middle of my bmi for my height. That's just a few lbs away & I can't imagine being satisfied with that. I know I've done an awesome job but I really have an image & goal of what I want to achieve & I don't think a few more lbs will make that happen. Anyone else have this issue?

Is it your weight that your not satisfied with or the tone and definition in your body? If its defintion than maybe just do more weight lifting. I'm not sure what your fitness routine is now but maybe that could help. It's natural to have more than one goal along your weight loss challenge. I say as long as your within a healthy body weight you can keep going for more if you want.

Gotten to your goals and not satisfied? Sorry there wasn’t a money back guarantee if you weren’t happy with your goals. Ok, I thought it was funny.

Seriously, who ever said you can’t change your goals? I didn’t read it in the contract. Your getting more than your monies worth, you’ve got a new or an old hobby back into your life. You just need to make sure it doesn’t become a compulsion though.

Just live your life with your family and maintain. Oh and after a few years, your metabolism does play tricks on us.

Just a tip from a guy, and I don’t know you nor do I want to. This is just a tip, from a healthy straight bachelor. A woman can be TO thin, it looks sickly and un-healthy and un-attractive. A woman needs curves, curves in the right spot. Try body sculpturing by exercising.

    Congratulations though.

I'll have to second Reiner. I'm 6'2" and 270lbs right now, which is 15lbs down from about a month ago. My routine is a mix of weights and cardio, usually about 4hrs of cardio per week (~3000-4000kcal) and lots of weights. I think that I look much better at 260-270 with the muscle than I did back in college when I went on a cardio binge (6hrs/wk) and got down to 215 with no lifting. Now granted, the extra 50lbs is NOT pure muscle by any stretch, but muscle can definitely give you more of a desireable figure.

For men or women, high reps w/ lower weight = tone. Its also probably healthier on your body overall, though heavy is fun too. The aforementioned body sculpting classes are a GREAT idea, but you can also accomplish similar results in the weight room by yourself. One caveat though is that when women do weights on their own, they often (in my experience) appear to be very comfortable, breathing normally, not sweating, etc. Now granted, you shouldn't be pushing so hard that your sigmoid is popping out the back, but it should hurt...alot. And if it doesn't, and you can talk to your friends while you lift weights, you are doing it wrong. A good marker is a weight you can do 15-20 reps with, BUT NO MORE. Not you do 20 reps and quit, but you are absolutely struggling to finish to 20.

    goodluck!
