It was about time I made this change...

So, I'm about to be 29, and now that I have a boss who pays for decent health care, I can take advantage of having a nutritionist (aka someone to yell at me when I get off track, that isn't my mother). I love this website. It's all the stuff I loved about w.w. but it's free, and it's way easier to keep track of calories than it was points. For one, every package tells you it's calories, but not everything mentions points.
I've decided that it's not just a diet, it's a lifestyle, and I'm hopeful that it will continue. I already feel better. I have less cravings for junk food, and more of a will power to avoid chocolate.
now if only i could get my live-in boyfriend to eat more veggies...

Good luck! Love it here! What does the nutritionist discuss with you and how often do you go? I am thinking about going as well.0
