So yeah, started loosing weight around February, I was around 305... I found MFP on the android market and did not log onto this site until a week or so ago. I figured out that I was too low on my calorie counts for the day, therefore burning muscle instead of fat. Since then I have lost a additional 15 pounds. This site is pretty handy, although the the forums could use a overhaul. For what it's worth I am 6' and my goal is 210+-...
