Down 20 pounds Before and Current Pics

So I have dropped about 20 pounds since Christmas. I think I should've dropped more, but I am pretty happy with the results so far. Besides, what's that saying? Slow and steady wins the race!

I am really happy with my NSVs as well such as completing by first 5K in April and having less and less asthma attacks.

So here are the pics.

This first is from right before Christmas while we were at a winery.




This one is from this morning in size 12s and a large tank. =0)
