Hello Everyone,

I just joined mfp last night and started tracking my caloires and exercise. I have needed a handy tool like this to motivate me to make a true change in my lifestyle. In the past, I have lost weight by eating very little and then gain it back when I begin eating again. I want to stop this up and down weight problem by changing my eating habits and exersizing more regularly. I hope to lose 20 pounds which would put me at my perfect weight. I would like to make some friends along the way, so send me a message and add me as a friend.
