Ticker question....

Do you find it easier/better for your ticker to show weight lost or weight to go?

I can't decide what to set it at!

    I set mine to weight lost, instead of focusing on how much left, everytime i look at it i get to see how much i've already lost, which motivates me to do more! (well that's the plan since i only started 6 days ago).

    I had mine set to weight lost, and then once I was nearly 1/2 way to my goal I changed it to weight to lose!

    Depends how much you've got to lose really! I'm nearly there and I like to see the large number that I've already lost! I agree with miss_dreamer - I think it motivates me more!
