HELP gained weight

I followed a 1560 calorie diet for 1 week. I weighed myself after the first week and there was no change. It was really easy, didn't feel much like I was dieting, so I decided to go for the 11/2 after a month diet. Now for three more weeks I have been having 1320 calories and I have gained 2 pounds!!!!!!!!!! Help me or I will give up! I even went hiking for 2 hours on the weekend and had 800 calories left that I didn't eat!!!!

    you may not be eating enough. whats your fluid intake?

    You could open your food diary up so that people can look at what you are eating and maybe give you some tips? :)

    Are you drinking enough water? Also with me I can't eat too many carbs so I limit those and only have small amounts and once a week of pasta, rice pototoes or bead. Good luck

    Same happening here. Just weighed in and gained two pounds. How much water are we supposed to drink? I took the H2O challenge but that was a lot of water for me. Also, I hear a lot of people talking about strick protein diets. I've lost 20 lbs so far but the last two days I've been hungry when before I wasn't. Maybe I need to post to see if anyone has some ideas what to do too? Good Luck.

    I try to drink 1 1/2 litres a day and if possible 2. Takes a bit to get use to but now it's automatic, I just keep topping my glass up and it also helps in limiting tea and coffee intake.
