mfp planner reckons for maintaining i should consume 1680 a day, freedieting assums 1618. i started maintaining on friday but have gained 2.4lb already!
fri i ate 3400 cal
sat i ate 1151 cal
sun i ate 1266 cal
mon i ate 1457 cal
tue i ate 985 cal.
total = 8258

so 1680 X 5 = 8400 so i am only slightly under according to mfp
so 1618 X 5 = 8090 so i am slightly over according to freedieting.

i want to maintain not gain, and yes i do eat under 1200 cals a day sometimes but i zigzag so some days i go over but still within limits. it has taken me 11 months to lose 88lb and now i am gaining (HELP)

    Hi!

    First of all, congrats on your incredible weight loss so far, you should feel very proud of yourself :)

    I don't really know how good my advice is because I'm still losing and don't want to maintain just yet! All I would suggest is for u to be patient with it. Your body may jus be taking time to adjust to it's new diet, so I wouldn't feel too down hearted yet about gaining.
    What I would do is not weigh myself for a couple of weeks. I no it's hard, I wake up every day and want to weigh myself just incase I've lost a pound, but I stop myself just incase I've gained one!
    But unless I see a change in how my clothes fit, or how my stomach looks, I would panic just yet.
