i have been looking online for some advise on the 30 Day Shred. I read somewhere that if you have been sedatary, that you shouldn't do it everyday, as you are more likely to get injured. Here is the problem... I do have a desk job, but I work at a health care clinic, where I am always running around to the different floor, to the copier, and to the bathroom (thank you 4 bottles of water a day!) So when they ask for your activity level, I put sedatary, due to the fact that when I am home, I lounge and only walk about 2-3 time a week.

My Q is this: Should I continue on doing the shred everyday (even though I think I pulled a muscle in my neck last night during shred) or should I only do it 3-4 times a week?? I am a definate procrastinator, so I feel like if I don't do it every day, then I will fall off the band wagon.

PLEASE HELP!!!:embarassed:

first you need to pick something thats fun and that you like to do, I love the shred it with weights which uses a kettlebell! I also love zumba and the body blast class thats offered at my gym! I wouldn't do the same thing everyday, I recently went on a cruise and talked to a personal trainer a few times and he said to exercise 5 times a week for weight loss, and three times a week to maintain your weight! He also said that when working out you should do 20 minutes of weights before cardio for the most fat loss! If your injured you should stop and let your body heal!
