subway breakfast cals

Help! I had subway for breakfast today. I usually get the black forest ham which is 170 cals, but I got the same thing on flatbread 3" since they had a special => $3 coffee and flatbread. I cant find the cal difference on the subway website. does anyone know the difference between 3" flatbread and a muffin? thanks.
