Okay, I am 6'4" and as of this morning I weigh 182.4 lbs. My original goal after having my son was to return to 180 lbs (only 2 lbs away) and tone up. I put on my bikini for the first time yesterday and was very pleased with my results so far. I actually look better than I did before I got pregnant (except for a few stretch marks). Now I've decided I don't just want to be toned...I want to be RIPPED lol! :blushing: I've always had big thighs, and I'm perfectly fine with them staying big, just maybe not this big. They are slimming down and toning up nicely, but I don't think 2 more pounds is going to satisfy me and I'm kind of plateauing. I've been doing very well with the diet and doing a whole lot of Jillian Michael's workout dvds. I intend to start P90x after I finish Jillian's Ripped in 30 dvd. I would also like to throw in jogging a couple of days a week. But I really think the big trick is going to be in my diet. I sure could use some suggestions if anyone has any. I typically keep my calories around 1400-1500 net calories, but I think I might need to up them a bit. I don't know if I'll be able to follow the p90x meal plan very well because I'm a busy working mommy and wife. But I was thinking, if I just keep my calories around 1800 net calories and try to clean up what I eat a little bit more, that should work. What do y'all think?

6'4" at 180 pounds seems about right..... tone up and I'm sure your body will get to where it belongs.

Amazing job! So happy for you. I'm getting toward the end of my goal as well and wanna dedicate my time to tone up and more than anything enjoy my workouts. I just got married and I'm sick. But come next week its on!! I plan on continuing with RevAbs, include Bikram yoga a few times a week and maybe some fun gym classes with friends.
