Hello,

I love honey, especially on greek yoghurt and in porridge. I haven't been eating it since I started doing this as I'm trying to cut down on sugar intake. But I am missing it a bit!

Can anyone reccomend a good honey, as healthy and natural as possible?

Thanks in advance xxx

I can't recommend a "good" honey or an alternative. All I can tell you is that I eat honey. I only buy local honey. It's all natural. It's good for you.

Attend your local flea market and buy some local honey rather than what containers you get at the national chain grocer's.

See if you can find some local, raw honey. Look on craigslist and see if there are any sellers on there or check a local farmers market or a natural foods co-op. The best stuff will be from a local bee keeper.

You should be able to find local raw honey at your nearest farmer's market.
