Hey there, I'm Kieran.
I'm 23 years old and currently out of work (well since August anyways).
I'm trying to use MFP again as a tool to lose weight. I'm currently lacking a good amount of exercise and am hoping to make friends with people to learn of any exercises that I can do, in and around my home.

Hi ! I started on Mar 2nd - have lost 22 lbs so far. I just love this site. My first goal was to lose 25 lbs by next Tues. I think I'll make it ! Good luck in all you do :happy: Do any kind of stretch and squating exercise. A set of hand weights are good and don't forget pushups and crunches !0

Hello there..welcome...good luck on your journey to a new you.your going to do amazing..I'm new as well and I just love this site.its so positive...I started doing crunches (can't quite do situps yet), pushups, And squats...its a start and you will definitely see results or at least you will feel it.lol...0
