Morrisons Chicken Breast Bites

I treated myself today and now wish i never cause i cannot find the nutrition value for these!

Anyone any idea how bad these are?

U get them from the hot deli bit, there bout a inch in size and covered in a light batter (oh dear!)

I know which you mean - they are delish, but I can imagine they are quite high. I cooked something similar from a Morrisons party pack last week (for my husband), and the cal value was 32 cals per piece ...... :-(

oh dear! i maybe in trouble this week theN! i see that the southern fried ones are in the database, i wonder if that cals are pretty much the same?

The southern fried ones are at the same counter so i will just have to go on there values and hope for the best!
