I have adjusted my ratios to 40/30/30 for carbs, fat and protein but now only have 22g of carbs left for dinner. What can I have with meatballs that isn't spaghetti that will still be filling?

Sometimes if I want a lower carb meal, but yet filling...I will steam spinach, use a little marinara sauce or a garlic/onion/olive oil drizzle on top and then meatballs. maybe paired with a light italian salad?0

I 2nd this. I'd totally make actual spaghetti & meatballs using spaghetti squash. I find mine at Walmart and they are almost always in season.0 -
Hmm, I would put some sauce on the meatballs with fresh grated parmesa, maybe grill a portabella mushroom, along with some steamed broccoli. Have a small salad on the side with it.0

The meatballs can certainly be eaten as is with a little pasta sauce and grated cheese. I second the idea of just adding a big green salad to go with it and perhaps another fresh vegetable.0

Spaghetti squash would work well. Otherwise sauteed veggies sounds (zuccini, squash, onion, bell pepper with some garlic)0

I have made some tomato sauce with red peppers and mushrooms plus some butter beans. :-) Yummy!!0

If you have zuchinni, you can make "zoodles."
Just use a vegetable peeler to make zuchinni "strips"--then either boil them or saute them on the stove in a little olive oil or PAM. Very delicious!0
