  • I'm good. Trying to fight the weight loss battle. It seems difficult at times, but I'm hanging in there. I have about 140lbs to lose and it is very hard, especially when you don't really eat balanced meals and always feel hungry. I'm very grateful for this site.

    How are you?

  • Hang in there! It really helps to have someone to talk with who understands. How long have you been using this tool? Have you had positive outcomes?

    i know what you mean. It is difficult at times, but would like to say that as time goes by it does get easier, especially if you are able to change your eating habits. My wife cannot believe how much my eating habits have changed since i started using this website!

    when i am really hungry between meals, I found that drinking water, and/or having healthy snacks (i.e., carrots, apples, bananas, oatmeal, etc) instead of candy bars, pizza, or sandwiches. really helps.

    Other times when i feel hungry i'll have a glass of water and then brush my teeth. I don't know why, but it makes me feel less hungry.
