Hi, I have a bag of jolly time popcorn and a hot air popcorn popper. I'm confused on the nutrion facts though. it says 2 tbls of jolly time kernals is 110 calories unpopped, but 20 calories hot air popped for a cup.

What is the correct way to measure this nutrition wise? anyone else confused by this? i doubt that using 1/2 cup of kernals and hot air popping it is 10 calories.

You don't eat unpopped kernels so forget that part. Take the 20 calories per cup of popped popcorn and multiply by how many cups you eat and there's how many calories you just had.

So 5 cups of popcorn is 100 calories.

If you are using an air popper, measure out the 2 tablespoons of unpopped corn and drop it in. What ever amount comes out is 110 cals. If you are not in a rush measure what comes out and figure out how many cals per cup for future reference.
