I'm constipate and full of gas what i can do ???

Now i start loose weights but my problem i start to be constipate and full of gas.
My stomach is hard, and wen i go do #2 its hart to came out. I drink more watter in worm temp not cold for help i increase my fiber, drink prune juice but noting working.
and my stomach take weights and that up my weight on the shelf but non on my body because i put clothes i was stopped to wear on me .
Need some idea and recipes too

stop adding fiber now that you are constipated. drink all the water you can manage. But no more fiber until you have relief, it is only making things worse!0

For the meantime, you might try an over the counter laxative to get yourself back to "normal" again. Once you are, add 2 tablespoons of flax meal (ground flax seed) to your daily diet. You can add it to almost anything: yogurt, the breading on your chicken, into baked goods, in smoothies, etc. It has a lot of fiber and is also high in Omega-3s and lingans. You'll not only get the benefits of the added fiber, but you'll be helping your good cholesterol level, as well. If 2 tablespoons a day don't help, increase the amount. You can increase the amount over time, in any case, once your body gets used to the extra fiber intake. I know people who suffered from chronic constipation who have added flax to their diet and no longer have problems.
You can find flax meal at health stores, Trader Joe's, Costco and possibly at regular grocery stores, too.0 -

Just kidding......try warm prune juice. Souds gross but works. Also increase your water. Sometimes this can happen when you increase your fiber intake. You may think you are drinking enough but probably need to drink even more. Good luck.0
