Hey Everyone..First of all, thank u guys for being such an awesome support system! I have lost 57.2 lbs (wierd saying that) and still going strong. Got through my plateau thanks to all of you! Anyways..just wanted to encourage some of you. If you are like me, you have longed for a personal trainer, a gym membership, or something. I still find myself saying if I only had a blah blah blah. You don't "need" those things to lose weight! Not having them can become an excuse. How do I get my burn in?

I push my baby in a stroller and go for walks, I park away from the store, go grocery shopping, mow lawns, and clean! It is the little things that add up! So if you think you can't get a burn because you don't have a gym...think again! No excuses! Love you all!

You are so right. I know I've used the "gym" excuse in the past. Just got back from trying the elastic bands and am going to give those a try. You are looking good! Keep it up.

Congrats for not falling to the oldest cheat in the book - the blame game! Keep up the hard work (and come mow my grass for me! :P)
