How do I get on a Biggest Loser Team?

I keep seeing these Biggest Loser Teams...I want to play! Do I have to wait for another round or can someone draft me onto their team?

    On the tabs up top......hit MY HOME then click MAIL and you can message anyone on MFP. :flowerforyou:
