Trying not to give in. I gave in to boredom, I gave into comfort, I gave into feelings of insecurity and gave up on this. But I am back, and the heaviest I have ever been without a baby growing inside of me. Completely sad.....well maybe not completely because I want to give this one more real try. If the second time is a charm then I must be a total princess because this is my 104th time. Here's hoping.

Ok, my advice...don't give up anything and you may be less likely to give in.
I think feeling deprived of things is the number one deal breaker so don't deprive yourself but learn to satisfy your cravings with smaller tastes/bites/portions. Once you start seeing results it spurs you on.
Good luck0 -
I think we are in the same boat. Cant tell you how many times I have started. I guess this is what people go through when they are trying to quit smoking. I have done it before so I know it can be done. I too am at my heaviest. Enough is enough lets do this!!!!0
